Whistleblowing channel

This channel lets you report, confidentially, any conduct that may breach the law or our code of conduct. It is open to people working in the company and to anyone dealing with it: clients, suppliers and partners.

Confidentiality

The identity of the person making the report and of the people concerned is kept confidential. Access to the information is restricted to the person in charge of the channel.

Protection against retaliation

No one reporting in good faith may suffer retaliation for doing so, in line with Spanish Law 2/2023.

Data protection

The data you provide is processed in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), solely to investigate the report.

Anonymous reports

You do not need to identify yourself. An anonymous report is investigated with the same care.

Our timeframes

10 working days
to acknowledge receipt of the report.
1 month
to handle the case.
