Yes, whatever your nationality or country of residence. You need an NIE, the identification number for foreigners, and in practice a Spanish bank account. Our teams take care of these steps with you, including remotely.

Yes. Alveo Properties handles the sale of your property through to signing at the notary. Alveo Rent takes care of letting and day-to-day management, and Alveo Seguros, exclusive agent for Caser, looks after your insurance.

Yes. Spanish banks lend to non-residents. Alveo Finance advises you, compares offers from its partner banks and negotiates your terms with them.

Before you commit to anything, your adviser gives you a detailed budget: taxes, notary, land registry and bank fees. These usually come to 10% to 14% of the property price.
