Who are we?

Alveo is a trade name of GRUPO DE LA REINA CO SL UNIPERSONAL, a company specialising in property services in Spain. Our role is to put property sellers in touch with potential buyers and to support them through the steps needed for the transaction. We are neither a financial institution nor an investment advisory firm: our mission is strictly limited to property brokerage and the administrative follow-up of sales.

Data collected

  • Identity data (surname, first name, date and place of birth, nationality, etc.)
  • Contact details (phone, email, postal address)
  • Official and contractual documents relating to the sale or purchase (mandates, title deeds, identity documents, planning certificates, etc.)

Legal basis and consent

  • Your explicit consent, given by signing a sale mandate or a contact form.
  • Our legal obligations, particularly regarding fraud prevention, anti-money laundering and compliance with tax and administrative obligations.

Use of data

  • Checking that the documents needed for the transaction are valid and complete
  • Putting sellers and buyers in touch
  • Handling administrative and legal follow-up with partner notaries and lawyers

Sharing and retention

  • Your data is shared only with notaries, lawyers and, where necessary, the competent authorities in connection with the transaction.
  • It is kept for a maximum of 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • It is stored on secure servers that comply with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD.

  • Right of access to your personal data
  • Right to rectification if data is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing, unless the law requires otherwise

We make no secondary commercial use of your data: no resale and no marketing outside the property context.
